I've been brokering loans in Tampa Bay for over 31 years. I'm a lifelong local and an FSU grad, and I've placed more than $100 million in loans for investors up and down the west coast.

Most investors who call me have a deal that doesn't fit a bank's box: the property needs work, the clock is short, or they've got the equity but not a bankable file. My job is to listen, tell you straight whether it works, and find the lender who'll say yes.

How I work.

No call center, no handoff. You deal with me from the first call to the closing table.

I'm a broker, not a lender. I place your deal with a network of private and institutional lenders, so a no from one isn't the end.
I look at the property first. The numbers, the exit, and the deal itself, before the paperwork.
I tell you up front if a deal has a problem.
Investors come back. My flippers do, and so do plenty of my foreign national clients.

When I'm not working, I'm on a golf course or a boat, usually with my wife Huntleigh and our son Andrew.
